Reclaimer

Reclaimers

The importance of an efficient flow of quality drilling fluid is no secret, but we asked a lot of field experts anyway.
After taking their input to the drawing board, Vermeer introduces the R9x12T reclaiming/mixing system for use in large-scale pipeline projects with high fluid volume needs. The new R9x12T complements the Vermeer lineup of trenchless solutions including the industry’s largest line of horizontal directional drilling equipment and accessories.

Track-Trenchers

Track Trenchers

Equipped for tough trenching jobs around the world, the T555III tractor is powered by a smooth-running 185 hp (138 kW) John Deere PowerTech E Tier 3 or Tier 4 Final diesel engine. The T555III utilizes SmartTEC software, available on all Vermeer TEC® Plus computer-aided control system-equipped machines, which helps optimize productivity with real-time machine control prompts.  The T555III tractor is available with a 4′, 5′, 6′ or 8′ (1.2 m, 1.5 m, 1.8 m or 2.4 m) trencher boom capable of trenching widths up to 24” (61 cm). The tractor is also available with a hydrostatic rockwheel attachment which is able to cut depths up to 36″ (91.4 cm) in some of the toughest rock conditions.

Terrain-Leveller

Terrain Leveller Surface Miners

Traditional surface mining has left untold tons of minerals underground, simply because there was no way to get to it safely and efficiently.

The Vermeer innovative Terrain Leveler® surface excavation machines can work where explosives can’t, with top-down cutting that lets you reach valuable mineral seams and get the most product out of the ground as possible. Plus, you’ll get comprehensive parts, service and support from our worldwide Vermeer dealer network.

RightOfWay

Right of way clearing

When it comes to the demands of your large land-clearing and forestry management jobsite – from pipeline preparation to utility work, wildfire mitigation and more – look to the FT300 forestry tractor with mulcher head from Vermeer to meet your needs. Built with operator ease, reliability and serviceability top of mind, operators can get to work on the job at hand.

TrommelScreen

Trommel Screens

Vermeer trommel screens were designed for efficiency and ease of maintenance. The large feed hopper sits low to the ground, making it easy to feed material into the screening drum with a variety of loading equipment.

  • Removable side panels expose the full length of the drum screen, providing for easy maintenance and cleaning.
  • Put the finished product where you need it – loading directly into a truck or stockpiling using the optional radial stacking conveyor on select models that swings a full 200 degrees.
  • Avoid jams with both the drum and feed conveyor being reversible.
  • With the ability to tension the screen around the drum, operators can add rigidity to the screens. This design allows the use of smaller gauge wire, ultimately increasing the open area of the screen to help improve productivity

Vermeer trommel screens are designed to minimize setup time and be easy and convenient to service. With an extensive list of options these machines can be manufactured to fit your specific needs.

Vacuum

Vacuum Excavators

The demand for non-destructive digging (‘NDD’) solutions has seen a surge in demand for vacuum excavation across a wide range of industries and applications. This growth has been driven by factors including the increased mandating of NDD and hydro excavation by primary contractors and municipalities, occupational health and safety regulation, the roll-out of fibre networks and availability of vacuum excavators in an increasing array of sizes and configurations.
